* Payments & Cancellations *

You can pay by Cash or Card or alternatively we can send you a text link so that you can pay online.
If you are unable to make your appointment and you have to cancel we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If you cancel the day of your appointment or the evening before a morning appointment you will have to pay a £20 late cancellation fee before you can rebook.

If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not turn up to it then you will have to pay 50% of the agreed groom price before you can rebook.

I groom by appointment only and do not accept walk ins so it is difficult for me to replace a cancelled or failed to attend booking with short notice. 

If you are late to drop off by over 30 minutes I will have to cancel the appointment so that I don’t run behind, the charge for this is £30 for a full groom and £15 for a part groom. If you are late collecting by over 20 minutes there will be a charge of £10 and an extra £5 for every 10 minutes after the first 20 minutes. 

All new customers will have to pay a deposit to book. This is £25 which will be deducted from the groom price on the day of your groom.
